Buyer reviewBrian responded to my portal request quickly and showed me a house I was interested in. We lost the first one due to timing and Brian showed me a second one but we chose to wait because f the repairs/rehab involved. We then walked through a third and quickly made an offer. Brian was responsive and flexible about meeting times. He was alos knowledgeable about different aspects of each property and offered some guidance. When it came time to make an offer, he moved fast and was available to talk even after hours. Closing went smooth and we are very happy with the purchase. Brian has continued to follow up after closing to make sure things are going well. We will definitely work with him again.

Seller reviewI work different hours Brian would get back to me in a short period of time. The buyer went through a FHA loan very challenging. Brian guided me through the whole process. During the FHA inspection there was chipping paint on the garage the whole garage needed to be scrapped and painted before we could close in about a week. I was out of the country! Brain found someone to do it at a very fair price and got it done. Brian went up and beyond to get the closing done. I have went through Brian for selling two houses and buying one. Brian is knowledgeable, friendly and goes the extra mile for you. I highly recommend him.
