Brian's marketing strategy is beyond anything I've ever seen. We were referred to him by a friend who is also a realtor in the state we currently reside. We owned a house in the Fox Valley and wanted to find a trusted realtor to help sell it since we wouldn't be able to be on site for most of the process. We spoke with him in December about our house and some of the prep we were doing before placing it on the market. Our dates kept getting pushed back and he was so understanding of our situation. He did periodic check-ins to see how things were coming along, even came for a walk through to see the inside of the house. When we were finally able to place the house on the market, in September, his marketing strategy ensured we had plenty of traffic through the house and an offer over listing within a week of it hitting the MLS. He communicated so well throughout and was extremely helpful. Best selling agent I've ever encountered, hands down. He's basically an extention of our family.
