Buyer reviewThis survey is filled out from the buyer's perspective. Brian was Sue's listing agent and we simply worked with him because we did not have our own agent/it was not our agent's listing. Brian has a fantastic personality/was friendly and easy to communicate with, and he communicated frequently to update us on the overall process and worked with our mortgage officer to make this process as smooth as possible. Will/would recommend him to others looking for homes.

He was very friendly-talked us through the property-was very flexible and willing to assist us with seeing the property a second time. When we were ready to make an offer Brian was knowledgeable and realistic regarding the current market and assisted us in making an offer that was quickly accepted.
