Seller reviewI work different hours Brian would get back to me in a short period of time. The buyer went through a FHA loan very challenging. Brian guided me through the whole process. During the FHA inspection there was chipping paint on the garage the whole garage needed to be scrapped and painted before we could close in about a week. I was out of the country! Brain found someone to do it at a very fair price and got it done. Brian went up and beyond to get the closing done. I have went through Brian for selling two houses and buying one. Brian is knowledgeable, friendly and goes the extra mile for you. I highly recommend him.
