Brian "got it done" - quick and for a top price. What more is there to say? I've worked with Brian before, personally and professionally, and plan to for many years. Brian did things (all legal) that you wouldn't expect an agent to do and he spoiled me from using anyone else. I won't mention how Brian went above and beyond - because someone may read this and expect/demand it of him, but he even brought his ladder to my house when I had an issue. Brian was instrumental in helping me find a radon remediator when we got hit with that surprise, and when the scheduled remediation was going to cause issues, he was able to find yet another remediator who was able to provide same and next day service to help us close on time, while avoiding delays from the attorney's vacation schedules and holidays. I feel badly at how much work Brian put into helping the deal close, however my dealings with Brian have shown he will do no less. Myself and my clients have been happy with him, and I heartily recommend him. I complained to him about things on my HUD, but NEVER about the commission - he earned every penny several times over. I feel bad, I think he only earned minimum wage! Brian's tagline is "I realize you do have a choice" - but he makes it such, that he's the ONLY reasonable choice.
