Seller reviewWe had no intention of selling our home. Julie and Brian opened our eyes to the benefits of selling and we never looked back. We agreed upon an aggressive sale price and never wavered. They understood if we didn't get it then it didn't make sense to move. Well, we got it! In a day!! They guided us through every aspect leading up to closing including which professionals to use. What sets them apart is their contacts within the real estate space. They know most of the agents in the area, professionals who work in this space and township personnel. This made the entire process run smoothly.

Seller reviewI highly recommend Brian Lichtenthal because he has a unique ability to market a home and find the right buyers and make sure that everything during the process goes as smoothly as possible. He always makes himself available, even though he's very busy. Brian could have dozens of listings yet it seems like you have his full attention and focus throughout the process. Brian always went above and beyond the scope of the job responsibilities. During the height of the COVID process, he showed up for every house showing, wearing a mask and gloves and ensuring that he was the only person touching the doors, light switches, etc. Brian would move his schedule around to accommodate as much as possible. He left a family BBQ to come show our house. If you're looking for someone who is dedicated to selling houses and finding the right fit for buyers and sellers, Brian is definitely the right choice!
