I am three hours away from the house and Brian Lichtenthal had the responsibility for making all arrangements for preparation of the house for sale, completing the inspections needed for closing, arranging for repairs needed as a result of building inspections, negotiating with the buyers. His help was invaluable. His advice in terms of negotiation of the sale with the buyers and responding to their requests for adjustments, repairs and similar matters.
