Buyer reviewBrian helped show me other properties, and I found his word to be gold. If there was an issue or a feature I might not have been aware of, Brian would point them out. In this purchase Brian had to walk the tight line of being a disclosed dual agent, which I feel he handled with aplomb. I can't keep saying how terrific I though Brian was. If he ever got his law license I'd hire him in a heartbeat.

He paid close attention to our likes and needs and always provided us with options that were in accordance to our preferences. We felt like he really understood what we were looking for in a home. He was always on our side and always made us feel confident that we would find the perfect home. When we did finally close on a house, Brian was on top of the transaction and fought hard to make everything work in our favor. In addition to being very competent, Brian also has a friendly and down to earth personality. He also responded to all communication immediately and was very good at making sure we felt heard. We found our dream home due to his persistent and we will always be thankful to him. He has our whole-hearted recommendation for anyone looking for a new home.

He was quick to offer suggestions and helpful tips including names of contractors to get work done in the house. He was extremely prompt in responding to us via text or email whenever we reached out. Overall it was a wonderful experience dealing with Brian. He made the whole process very smooth. And at the end of it all we felt we were dealing with a friend as opposed to a real estate agent. Brian frequently would respond to my questions day or night via text within minutes. During closing, paperwork was a breeze and Brian converted everything to docusign for easy online signatures. We ended up closing on the selling of our home in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic against all odds thanks to Brian. We would use him again in a heartbeat and highly recommend him to everyone.

He did a fantastic job in an impossible time (pandemic of COVID-19). I can only imagine how wonderfully he could perform his craft in normal situations. I would highly recommend Brian to all my friends and family and if I needed his services again I wouldn't hesitate to call him. Extremely knowledgeable, responsive, attentive, professional, etc. etc. Five stars and and A+ rating!
