The second house had three offers above asking price within 24 hours, even though the market had already slowed. He is a market expert that brings years of experience and we trust his price recommendations implicitly, which has proved successful. He is a straight shooter with strong communication and negotiation skills. His is honest, transparent, and is accommodating with his time. Buying a house is one of the most stressful processes, but Brian's empathy and patience ease the pressure. He was always on top of the paperwork and never missed a step.
