Going back to reflect on the timeline to the sale of our home Brian provided comps several months out. He also laid out a plan to sell the home. He was never pushy about listing our home. He was confident in his craft of sales and we were able to put our trust in him. When time approached to list the home we had a goal in mind and adjusted things as we needed. He ran the open houses professionally and kept the house in order. He communicated feedback quickly to us and once we had an offer everything went smoothly through closing. I'd trust Brian again hands down with the sale or purchase of a home. He really eliminated a lot of stress during a very hard time in our lives.
