Buyer reviewBrian is clearly at the top of his profession. His fairness and communication in a limited agency situation was fantastic. He soon gained my trust and could've exploited it, but didn't. He makes you feel like a longtime friend. Great knowledge of area and real estate industry. He was like the director of a complex, live TV show. He kept everything on time for a VERY quick closing and was there personally at every step in the process, always knowing the answer to my questions. Communication was instant, well beyond 9 to 5. He is the realtor everyone wants but no way you could pack that much good into an ad. You just have to give him a chance and experience everything for yourself. The Century 21 Scheetz brand is better for having Brian on the team. Me, too.
