We did a "Remote Closing" on 7-26-2019, Brian was excellent with this!!!! Also, 99% of all correspondence was through email this time, made it much easier for us (the seller) to keep track of who said what, and when. Seller reviewSold in 24 hours, and got asking price. Brian was the best, didn't feel like I was throwing money away on him. Really put an effort into selling my home. In Indiana I could not think of using anyone else. Brian was all about us I wouldn't have believed he had anything else to do other than sell my home. Can't praise Brian and Century 21 enough. You would be doing yourself and your home a disfavor by going with any other realtor.
