Seller reviewI interviewed three other brokers. Brian's knowledge and plans for the sale of our home put him in the lead, but his market analysis presentation put him way above the rest. His blunt (but very professional) suggestions and comments were exactly what I was looking for and I felt at ease when discussing our needs. My husband and I knew we'd be relocating out of state prior to the sale of our house being finalized. We moved a week after our first walk through (the first person that came through purchased it) and Brian went out of his way to accommodate us and the buyers agent to ensure the sale was smooth for everyone. To be able to close on a house in another state was wonderful and Brian was there via text every step of the way.
