I had been looking to buy a house for over a year. At first I thought I didn't need a broker but then I realized I did. Six months ago I was very close to closing on a property using a Redfin agent, who, to his credit, wasn't bad. However, his incentive was to make a sale to collect his commission. He didn't necessarily care who was involved in the transaction. After the sale fell through, I took some time to think about my approach and realized I wanted to work with someone I knew, but more importantly, someone who knew and understood me. From Day 0, Brittany Camacho, showed me why she would be the best agent for me. For starters, she genuinely cares...that's something you can't really teach it's just within her. Two, she struck a good balance between trying to figure out what I wanted/didn't want, and wasn't over bearing about it. She gave me just enough guidance to help me think about the things to consider that I had not really thought about. She gave me honest and realistic feedback which I appreciated. She knew how to deal with me. I'm a very picky, particular person, who has unobvious preferences. She didn't get discouraged by those. Instead, she embraced them and took opportunities to share her experience with me, which helped me make decisions. Brittany demonstrated that she knows how to handle the business part and emotional part of a real estate purchase. She helped me negotiate an incredible purchase price, approx $35K under appraised value. I have no doubt that if she was representing the seller she could have negotiated above appraised value. Brittany was there to provide recommendations for cleaners, painters, pest control, you name it. She recommended the lender, who ended up getting me a great rate and exceptional service. She went out of her way a number of times to ensure that I was happy. She covered a number of expenses so that I wouldn't have to stomach them. She demonstrated that she's punctual, organized, empathetic, tough, intelligent, sophisticated, patient, and just a joy to be around. Brittany is the best and demonstrates excellence in every endeavor. I was lucky to have her as my agent to buy this home.

Brittany is a complete rock star; she went ABOVE and BEYOND anything that we would ever expect or ask for. She completely understood what we were looking for and was very honest, transparent, sincere, and ethical while we searched. She represented our family to ensure that we were able to secure the house of our dreams during a moment of negotiation difficulties. Brittany is the model realtor and provides an experience of how home buying should be. We give her our highest recommendation and will be giving her information to anyone that we know who will be looking to buy or sell in the future.

Brittany was terrific to work with. She was professional as well as friendly and helped guide us through the process in a way that made us feel comfortable. We slept better at night knowing Brittany was working for us. She sold our condo in a difficult and highly competitive market. We were thrilled with the results her hard work got for us. Brittany went above and beyond while helping us. She was on top of where we stood in the process of buying & selling and made sure we were always in the loop. We never felt like she was letting us fall to the back burner. She was always available when we had questions and how knowledgeable she was made us feel comfortable every step of the way.
