Seller reviewBrittany was incredible. We "interviewed" her based on a referral from a friend, but of all the agents we spoke to, she put the most time and effort into assessing the potential value of our condo and got us a sale price $75-100K higher than the price any other agent considered. Other agents appeared to put the minimum effort in to appraising our property (only Brittany came to see it in person) and she earned every penny of her commission. As I stated before, Brittany hustled hard to get our condo the price we all thought it deserved and did an incredible job. It wasn't an easy sale, like most in this area, and she knocked it out of the park. We are so grateful we found her.

We know because we've chosen her for 4 transactions, and each one has exceeded our expecations (and not just by a little). It's not hyperbole to say that Brittany was the reason we won one bidding war, and sold well above list price for two sales. She also advocates in a way that makes you proud she represents you, ensuring that parties on both sides feel respected, even in difficult circumstances. Our only regret is that our transaction is over! We would and do recommend her to everyone.

Buyer reviewI cannot express in words how amazing Brittany is. She is incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of purchasing and selling a home. When asked questions that do not pertain to her role as a realtor, she is very clear and will say "I am confident that.... however, that is not my area of expertise, but I will find out for you" or "this is how you should handle that" and will provide very clear examples and reasons as to why you should do what she is saying. Brittany always makes sure her communication is timely. She takes time away from her precious family to make her clients feel heard and comfortable. She is easy to talk with and is very approachable. There were times that I felt silly asking certain questions, and Brittany always made me feel comfortable, no matter the situation. If i mentioned a job I would like to do in the home as we walked through, Brittany would say "Oh let me send you the name and number of____" and would immediately send it to me. She is truly a God send.
