Born and raised in Falls Church and a current Arlington resident, Brittany Lambrechts Camacho has called Northern Virginia home since 1983. A Summa Cum Laude graduate of Tulane University, Brittany returned to Northern Virginia soon after Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans and began her career in real estate. As an award winning Sales Manager in Northern Virginia, Brittany has consistently sold over $20 Million annually. She has extensive knowledge of the local real estate market. Seller reviewBrittany is a highly-motivated, highly-energized, and knowledgeable professional. I can see why people respond well when she is showing a house. She was also very conscientious about keeping me informed about the listing and about attending to details. Because I had already moved out-of-state, those details that needed Brittany's attention included occasionally inspecting and cleaning the house, as well as dealing with contractors on my behalf regarding services procured for getting the house ready for sale. Her performance in those sometimes demanding contexts was outstanding.

Seller reviewThis was our third real estate transaction with Brittany in a year, and there is a reason we keep hiring her without exploring other options. She is truly exceptional at her job and goes well above traditional realtor duties. The condo was on the market longer than we expected, and Brittany worked hard behind the scenes week by week by trying new forms of advertising (Facebook ads, calling the property manager, visiting brokers' offices, targeted mailers, flyering bus stops, etc.). She never stopped trying new things until it sold. She helped us evaluate each offer we received and advised us on what was reasonable and what we shouldn't budge on. We had moved over 40 mins away from the condo and she gave us peace of mind by regularly checking up the vacant condo and even cleaning it for us when potential buyers left behind trash. She ended up saving us thousands of dollars by negotiating the home inspection repair list. Brittany will take care of anything and everything to make the home buying/selling process as easy as possible for her clients.

She cares for her clients, she always worked around our schedules to show the homes we were interested in. She made the whole experience extremely smooth and easy. She helped us navigate multiple offers on the home we wanted and when we went on our honeymoon (30 days before closing) she helped keep everything on track while we were out of the country! She's extremely professional and knowledgeable about the market, as well as different strategies for approaching Sellers. She really understands how to approach Sellers and position your offer in a way that gives you a competitive advantage - that's very unique. In addition, Brittany's wonderful to deal with and that makes a big difference when you're spending time touring homes, discussing offers, and going through the closing process. Her interpersonal skills are exceptional. Brittany's extremely accommodating to her clients, always going above and beyond to try and help. She's very responsive and always made sure we had all the information we needed.
