Buyer reviewBryan was amazing and patient. he actually helped me years ago protest my taxes - i asked him why he'd do that for free and he said good things always come around. When i was looking for a house years later, I gave Bryan a call. Bryan helped gather my requirements, filter through a lot of noise and move swiftly in a competitive market. With his guidance, we pre-empted bidding wars and closed swiftly at a fair price -i'd recommend him to anyone. He's also hilarious.

Seller reviewWe couldn't ask for a better realtor than Bryan. He is EXTREMELY patient (we ask a LOT of questions) and worked with us until we found the perfect set up. We lucked into finding Bryan when we bought the house (he was hosting the open house and we used him as our realtor as well to buy it). When we decided to sell the house, we knew we would use him again. Bryan made sure to explain everything thoroughly. He never pressured us (even when we took forever finding a new house and even backed out of a house purchase). Bryan gave us very good advice on how to set up the house for viewing (way better than any other realtor seemed to do at the houses we viewed). The advice worked; he sold our house in under 2 days at a record price for the area!!

He really knows what he is doing. We are very thankful.
