Bryan was so great to work with right off the bat! He had a system to help familiarize me with prices/availability of homes in my area. I was able to spend months scoping out homes and getting an idea of price fluctuations--without ever having to leave my couch! When I did find a house I was interested in, he was very efficient about putting everything into order to get the ball rolling on the purchase. I felt very safe with Bryan as my realtor, as he seemed to genuinely care about us as people, the home we were buying, and the experience we were having during the purchase. He had good ideas and tips that he communicated very clearly and effectively to us. I never once felt that I was too "in over my head" as it seemed Bryan did most of the work for us and we just had to read our emails and respond. The start of our new lives in this home is extra special because of the care Bryan put into helping us. I felt the end goal was not just us having a home, but enjoying the process of purchasing it, and Bryan did FANTASTIC with that--taking stress off, answering questions, and taking care with all the little details that can become a mess. ????? Five Stars! Will definitely be recommending him to anyone who is in need of purchasing a home!

We have used Bryan for four transactions now, which I think speaks for itself! Bryan is not just a realtor, he feels like a part of the family. He truly cares about the people he works with and goes above and beyond to communicate regularly with them. He helped us navigate working with difficult buyers and an even more difficult/unprofessional brokerage. He is constantly communicative and available (and we were very needy buyers/sellers!). Even when we were unable to use Bryan for the purchase of our new home (since it was out of his area), he helped us navigate finding a new agent when our first one didn't work out, all over a holiday weekend! We cannot recommend Bryan enough!

Bryan did a fantastic job navigating our first time buying a home for us. We started off by looking for a duplex in a very competitive market. He informed us of the processes, and how the contracts would look perfectly. After putting in some offers and not getting anything he easily helped us transition to looking for single family homes. He was great at telling us that everything is negotiable, and just all around very informative. We would highly recommend him for sure.
