I obtained my real estate license in the Spring of 2009 just before graduating from West Florence High School. I graduated college in the Fall of 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts in Information Management Systems and a minor in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina Upstate. In 2012, while still in college, I began selling Real Estate with Century 21 Blackwell and Company, and have since received various awards such as "Multi-Million Dollar Producer" and "Quality Service Producer" for over 7 years. Buyer reviewI was communicating with two other brokers, but Bryce stood out the most. He took the time to show me what I was looking for. In doing so, he helped me to realize: I needed to upgrade my search without feeling pressured. What he also did without realizing it, he showed us his love for family and how the home needs to connect with everyone. Bryce, I hope we've found a friend for life. Bryce was professional, he didn't pressure me into buying something I didn't want. He was honest about decisions I was making when asking for his professional expertise. Ultimately he allowed me to choose MY home and that meant a lot!

He worked within our means, was willing to pursue all options, and helped us confidently negotiate a fair price for the house. He was very helpful and responsive throughout the closing process and helped us negotiate repairs with the seller as well. His recommendations definitely saved us some money throughout the process and got us into a house that we love.
