As a REALTOR® in the Spartanburg, Greenville, and Gaffney areas of South Carolina, I am very passionate and committed to educating, advising, and assisting the public with their real estate needs. I obtained my real estate license in the Spring of 2009 just before graduating from West Florence High School. I graduated college in the Fall of 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts in Information Management Systems and a minor in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina Upstate. In 2012, while still in college, I began selling Real Estate with Century 21 Blackwell and Company, and have since received various awards such as "Multi-Million Dollar Producer" and "Quality Service Producer" for over 7 years. Buyer reviewBryce Byrd made all the difference in how well our home purchase went. He was always willing to answer questions and find information for us. Bryce is very knoweldgeable about the area and could direct us to whatever resources we needed when we were making plans to move. He has a unique combination of being laid back but with a scrappy negotiating instinct that got us a great deal. I hope we never have to move again, but if we do, we will definitely call on Bryce Byrd to represent us.
