When I had doubts in certain areas, she was able to explain why thing were done in the manner they were and calmed any fears I might have. I had complete faith that she would see the process through very carefully. Although I dreaded the selling process because of the age of my house, she made it easy and was always available to answer any of my concerns. Century 21 Affiliated made a dreaded process work well and alleviated any fears. All went well!

She even sent me a practice document so I could get it right. I received regular email, text, and phone updates and I didn't even have to be present for the closing.
