Candide has redefined what I have ever received/expected from realtors in the past. I've used several for my previous rental property and she's the only one I'd refer - - and already have. For my property sale, she was a cradle to grave agent, helping with every aspect, providing recommendations, referrals for services, and even covering appointments, as needed. She had my back and educated me throughout the process in areas I was unfamiliar, providing expert guidance and recommendations when appropriate. Was always steps ahead of me and supportive, also provided support to other agents, as needed - which most agents wouldn't do. Already planning to consult with her on other property interests and primary residence future sale.

My wife and I have worked with Candide on several real estate transactions over the years and we keep going back to her. We value her thoroughness and trust her expertise. We are hoping we finally found our "forever home" but if something changes Candide will be the first person we call.

My husband and I worked with Candide for a couple of years before we found the house we were looking for. Although both my husband and I have purchased homes in the past it has been years since we had to go through the process of buying a new home. Candide was with us every step of the way through this experience. Although Candide has always been professional and courteous during the years we have worked with her, she also felt like a friend, someone who really was looking our for our best interest and not just making a sale. I felt she was fighting for us every step of the way when it came to finding and then buying a home. When we would look at homes (and we looked at quite a few) she would answer our questions and offer her opinion when asked. She was always honest and never sugar coated a property to make a sale. As I stated before, we were looking for a waterfront property so we were looking in the entire state of Maryland. There were counties Candide was very familiar with. If we expressed an interest in a property in a county she was not familiar with, she did her due diligence and was able to answer any questions we had about the area. When we decided to buy our new home she was at EVERY inspection, quizzing and questioning the inspectors when something looked questionable. Thank God she was there because there were a couple of things she caught and questioned the inspectors, who had overlooked it, and in the end the sellers had to address. Had she not noticed these things it would have cost us later on. We knew exactly what to expect from the time we started searching for lenders until the day we went to closing. There were never any unknowns thanks to Candide. I am a manager in a law firm and I have to communicate with lawyers and clients on a daily basis and I must maintain a certain standard of professionalism at all times. I believe that is how Candide has conducted herself the entire time we have worked with her, always professional while at the same time being very friendly and approachable. Whenever we contacted her with questions she was very responsive. If for any reason she anticipated a delay in getting us an answer she would let us know in advance she would need a little more time to get the information for us. That type of business professionalism is very hard to find these days. As I indicated before, my husband and I were looking at our very first waterfront property when Candide came over and introduced herself. Although we had spoken to a couple of real estate agents we had not committed to working with any of them. After talking to Candide that day the information, suggestions and insight she provided was more than any of the other realtors we had spoken to previously. I knew then that we were going to go with her because she was honest in what she did and did not know and the things she didn't know she said she would find out and she did. She asked us questions that made us really have to think about what we really wanted. These were questions we had not considered until now but that made me realize that she was really trying to make sure she found us the home we were looking for and she did.

Candide went above and beyond as a Realtor. I will strongly recommend Candide to all of my family and friends. Candide's real estate experience truly shows through her wealth of knowledge with every aspect of selling a home.

Candide was the BEST! I could not have survived this process without her. She is amazingly calm, helpful, knowledgeable, warm and incredible grace under pressure! She deserves a raise!
