Seller reviewThis was an estate property, and was to be sold as-is (with minimal improvements). Since this was a unique, older property, we encountered a more than a few obstacles. Candide was relentless and encouraging with this property sale. Once again, her advice and guidance was spot-on. This has been a long journey for me, and I am so relieved to finally have the sale of this (and another two) properties behind me. I honestly don't know what I would have done without Candide.
