Cara Arnott moved to the valley 38 years ago and that is when her career in real estate
began. Moving from Nebraska, Cara started her real estate career as soon as she and her
family arrived and she has never looked back. (She did bring her love of farms with her
though)
Cara has been a Realtor with Century 21 Northwest for over a decade. With her up-to-the-
minute knowledge of the real estate market, Cara is highly effective in serving her
commercial clients with buying, selling and leasing of commercial space. Cara travels to all
corners of Arizona to help her clients.
Cara also helps her single-family home buyers achieve their dreams and home sellers quickly
reach their goals. Homes in the city, farms, land or Front Street, Cara has the expertise and
drive to assist her clients with their real estate needs. Her love of the state, it's people and
it's diverse cultures have made serving her many clients a joy. Having the opportunity to

Any time I had a question she always responded right away. I felt very confident that she would handle any situation. I appreciated her explaining how the process works, since this was my first house to sale. This was our family home for 50+ years and she was very sensitive to my needs as I went through the emotional process of selling my home. Seller reviewCara did a great job as the rental agent for approx. 10 years when I rented the house; therefore, I felt she was far more familiar with the property than another agent could possibly become in the brief period of the listing. Accordingly, I did not consider another agent when I decided to sell. Immediately after listing the home, my wife fell and broke her hip and since we were not in AZ during the listing and sales period, I relied entirely on Cara for all aspects of the marketing & closing. Without her, it would have been a much more stressful process. Cara is "good people" with a sense of humor - without it, the very cumbersome process of selling a home in AZ would have been intolerable.
