Cara did a great job as the rental agent for approx. 10 years when I rented the house; therefore, I felt she was far more familiar with the property than another agent could possibly become in the brief period of the listing. Accordingly, I did not consider another agent when I decided to sell.February 2020
Immediately after listing the home, my wife fell and broke her hip and since we were not in AZ during the listing and sales period, I relied entirely on Cara for all aspects of the marketing & closing. Without her, it would have been a much more stressful process.
Cara is "good people" with a sense of humor - without it, the very cumbersome process of selling a home in AZ would have been intolerable. The sales process in other states in which I have owned and sold homes is much simpler than AZ

Cara was recommended by a friend. I was nervous selling as I live across the country and had to sell the home of a deceased relative in AZ. I had such a great experience using Cara as a realtor. She was very knowledgeable in the selling process, was accessible, and went above and beyond to try to sell the house and it's furnishings. She and her team had many open houses for me even when the market was slow but she kept pushing for me. Cara put several items on Craigslist for me so that I wouldn't have to donate those items to charity that were in excellent condition. She came to the house a few times and would even bring clippers to trim around the entry to spruce it up! I truly appreciated all she did since I was not local and couldn't do much myself from miles away. Cara was a true gem and I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone selling/buying a home in the Phoenix area!

Cara Arnott went above and beyond for my husband and I. She made the entire process as painless as possible. As first time home buyers we had tons of questions and concerns and she answered them with grace, never getting irritated and always making sure our concerns were put to rest quickly. Has been a very pleasurable experience and a joy to work with, even with some of the disappointments, of trying to find the right house, until I found the right house for me, within my budget, and price range, that I could afford. she is easy and accessible, to get a hold of, and discuss various likes and dislikes able every house, under the sun, She is very pleasurable, to talk to on the phone, keeps you informed/up to date about everything on the market up for sale. I felt comfortable and safe, and very knowable in the reality market, every time i would recommend a house to look at, she would let me know if it was available to look at or not, pending if someone has not put an offer on it.
I will refer people to her as the agent to work with on finding them there perfect home

I went in knowing nothing about buying a home, Cara made sure I knew she was there for me and not to rush into something I wasn't 100%. She spoke up for me when needed without asking. I really appreciate the fact that she was available for me whenever I needed her and the fact that she understood how important it was to find the perfect home for me and my boys was really touching. Throughout the whole ordeal she made me feel like I had a friend helping me out instead of a realtor that knew nothing about me.
