The "extra mile " is what closed the deal. The only problem with the closing was with the closing company, Fidelity. I would never use them again. All of the above ratings exemplified Caren

Seller reviewCaren was very hard working from the start, from open houses to following up with potential buyers to gage their interest. Caren was also very easy to get a hold of and always made her self accessible, which when selling or buying a house is always nice to have from your agent. I would highly recommend using Caren if you are looking to Sell, or Buy!

She went above and beyond to be of assistance to me during helping me find the right fit When I was out of town she did the walk thru for me and kept me informed by photos and represented me so that I was assured that I felt comfortable not being able to attend. Caren also offered me help in securing insurance and other valuable information. Thank you Caren for being a fantastic and competent realtor.

Buyer reviewCaren was on top of the entire purchase from the contract to the final closing. She was involved in trying to keep the loan process moving; which was very challenging. They loan approval and process was a horrible experience however Caren was kind a jovial through the entire transaction!. From the beginning Caren worked with me with my requirements for my home even when the parameters changed. She was amazing and met with us to see many properties in a single day and regardless of what we liked and didn't like she was very patient and understood everything that we wanted and didn't want. When we finally found our home she worked with the sellers. The home was for sale by owner and they needed help to complete the paperwork for the sale which Caren assisted and provided! Great experience and would not hesitate to use this Century 21 office again. Caren was excellent as previously explained and would use her again for buying property.
