Buyer reviewWe struggled for 6 months to find a lender due to a condo association issue and Caren never gave up on us. I was so ready to throw in the towel, but she was the best cheerleader. We were in constant contact, by email, phone or text, I never felt out of touch. Caren Dana is not just an amazing realtor she is now our friend.

Seller reviewI can not say enough about the amazing job Caren Dana did as my realtor. Lossing loved ones and selling a childhood home can be very stressful. Originally, I had my home for sale by owner, numerous agents called and texted wanting to list my home. I decided on Caren Dana because of her approach. I felt as if she understood the market, knew the location well and was able to contour to my wants and needs as they arose. My individual process was a stressful one, on no fault of Caren, and she was there helping through every obstacle that was encountered along the way, always going above a beyond.
