We lived out of state so most of our correspondence was by email. Carla Schllingman was always willing to help. Answered questions promptly. Suggested things we didn't think of and was willing to tell us what she knew about each property we looked at. Which was alot. Carla was very patient with us as we looked at lots of properties. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchse or sell their property.
