Carla made a great first impression when we contacted her initially on the phone and then at our first meeting. I like that she took this process very seriously and we always felt like she was looking out for our interests when she dealt with other agents or potential buyers. She never let us down in that regard and even after the listing was complete we were so happy and relieved as we continued watching her work. We were gone on a scheduled vacation and yet she worked diligently in keeping our property looking and presenting its best. The sale went much quicker than we had imagined. Of this, we credit Carla. Carla is a true business professional. We did not know her personally prior to this endeavor. Carla is always dressed impeccably and with good taste. Carla has been with me for the past 6 years. She was there when I bought the home and was there for me throughout the sell of this home. She went above and beyond her job duties to sell this home for me. Anytime I needed to reach her she would get back to me in a timely manner and answered any question I had. Carla worked very hard to find us the right home for us,it was hard with us living 500 miles away but Carla would keep me informed on what came on the market. She came highly recommended by a friend. She would even answer my questions on the weekend or when ever I would call. Carla made this experience very easy and explained everything that was needed to be done.
