My brief experience with Carlos was a very pleasant one and I would recommend him to all my friends and family members in need of a realtor agent. He steered me clear of certain situations in the purchasing process to ensure I got exactly what I was looking for and where I was looking for it. When it came time to get a home inspector he had one ready to go for me and he, the inspector, was very thorough on his inspection. Carlos recommended a couple key things from the inspection that the seller should have remedied before I take ownership. All of the above aspects were dealt very professionally by Carlos. Carlos's knowledge of the realtor market was second to none. I would highly recommend him to all my friends and family members in need. As long as Carlos is a member of Century 21 Affiliated I would strongly recommend their services. My overall experience provided by Carlos was excellent. He is a big part of me becoming a happy homeowner. His partner in crime to my happiness being Jessica Rielly of Envoy Mortgage. The two of them together made my dream come true.
