We received a marketing letter from Carlyn Bedwell of Century 21 when I was considering other RE companies. I interviewed 3 and selected Carlyn because of her energy, her marketing plan and personality. She listed the property and showing the property 3 times within 4 days and we accepted one of 2 offers. Bottom line; after 3 years of no action, we listed showed and sold in a week. Carlyn Bedwell did an amazing job, start to finish. Carlyn's marketing presentation was exactly what we expected and exactly what we got. All was very good!

Carlyn knew the value to list at compared to the previous agents that just put an unrealistic selling price on our home and consequently did not find a buyer.
