In that time I have worked with many real estate agents, in many States. Carlyn has represented me in my Utah real estate dealings for nearly a decade. This is the 6th time Carlyn has represented me. Carlyn is simply the best. She has a singleminded dedication to her client's interests, pursues leads with vigor, is knowledgable regarding comps, understands the market for each property and does not hold back with her opinions regarding value. Whether buying or selling, improved or raw land, I cannot stress how important it is to have the right agent. Carlyn is the right agent.

Buyer reviewI've been working with Carol for 2 years to find a condominium at Brian Head ski area to fit my budget and needs. Carol had informed me that the prices of the condominiums had doubled right after covid when I first started looking. I decided to wait and look around the country at other resorts. So I kept watching the prices go back down at Brian Head for 2 years while traveling the West, checking prices on condominiums at other resort areas. I kept going back to Brian Head winter and summer for the next two years. Brian Head was the area for me that would best suit my needs and budget. So I contacted Carol and other agents again after two years. The other agents did not get back to me, but Carol did almost immediately and the next day she showed me several condominiums. We found one that we both loved and would fit my needs perfectly and was well within my budget, which was important since I lived on a fixed pension. She handled everything and I was the owner in just 2 weeks!!
