Seller reviewHappy to go with Carlyn once again. This was a tough property to sell, not in a high demand area and pretty much everything working against us. We listed it previously and then let it sit unlisted for a while during the winter, relisted again earlier this year. After the offer came in, she was able to get together with the buyers rep and get things worked out. From offer to close was such a short time that I couldn't believe it went to fast. Not sure if I will be in the market to buy anything else but if I do and it is in her area, I will go with Carlyn once again. Also sold our Vegas house a few years back
