I am a young, first-time home buyer and had no clue what I was getting myself into. I was in contact with an agent prior to Carmen for about a week and she was extremely unresponsive to my texts and calls but Carmen was the complete opposite. She texted me right away after my intial contact and was extremely responsive the whole time. Anytime I was interested in a place, she scheduled a showing for the same day or the next. She guided me through the entire home buying process and made sure I was on top of everything and met every deadline. She was extremely patient and never pressured me and that makes all the difference whether you're a first time home buyer or not. Would definitely recommend!!

Carmen, was very, very quick in responding to my wife's search of a home with request to view on realtor.com. Carmen responded and reached out to my wife within minutes and arranged a showing of the property for the following day. Although we were not able to do a deal on this property we were able to establish a relationship with Carmen and explained our unique situation and circumstances. Carmen went work quickly and got us appointments to see multiple properties. She was able to find properties that met our requirements and arranged showings at our convienence. We looked at three townhouses on one Saturday morning and made an offer on the third which was accepted, went to contract and closed within two weeks. We can't say enough how happy we were with Carmen's quick response and understanding of what our housing needs and requirements were. My husband and I met Carmen Poplawski by chance and we are so glad we did. We were browsing online and asked for information about a property and she was the first realtor to respond.
