I have been a real estate agent for more than 17 years. I exemplify hard work, understanding, dedication, and honesty. I am happily living in Naperville for over 20 years, where my husband Michael and I raised our three children: two daughters and a son. Our family moved to Naperville from Chicago to raise our children in the suburbs. In October 2016, we welcomed our first granddaughter; in December 2018, we welcomed our second granddaughter; and in November 2023, we welcomed our Grandson. What makes me a dedicated real estate agent? My exceptional customer service, listening to the customer's needs, tireless hard work, putting customer needs first, and being primarily ethical are all about my customers, not me. Once we work together or you refer a friend, you will experience my superior service. My passion for real estate is unmistakable. Furthermore, helping families who have served and are currently serving in the military find their home is essential. She was very attentive to our needs and detailed oriented in terms of the type of homes we wanted to see. Carmen was very patient with us and never expressed frustration even though our search for a home was longer than what I believe was the norm.
