Buyer reviewWhen my family and I started to consider buying our first home we started researching and learned about the challenges of buying a home in the current home market. It was reassuring to us that many of the suggestions we learned through our own research where the suggestions we were receiving from Carmen and Enrique. At times when we were unsure about the process Carmen and Enrique were encouraging and provided suggestions and support. We appreciate the good client care we received and their willingness to work extra and be creative to help us find the right home for our family.

Buyer reviewCarmen and Enrique have helped us buy and sell in the past. We chose them to help us find our dream home because of their skills, experience and overall professional and friendly personalities. Finding and buying our home was a very stressful process, but Carmen and Enrique made it less so with their transparent and knowledgeable background. Carmen and Enrique were knowledgeable, speedy, professional, in regards to all of the business end of home buying. They were transparent on the market trends and gave us great advice that lead us to our perfect home! Their personable attitudes made it easy to communicate with us and with others. We are so grateful to have worked with such an amazing team that really removed most of the stress and worry about buying our home. They're a dream team and the best realtors out there!

Buyer reviewWe had an excellent experience. Purchasing a home was a journey and we had a great guide with Carmen and her husband Enrique. They both took the time to answer our questions, and when we seemed to cross an obstacle they were ready with a plan to overcome it. In this sellers market it was highly discouraging but their positive attitude kept us going, until we closed escrow!

Seller reviewWe appreciated the detailed explanations and how concerned Carmen was in making sure we understood every step of the process in the sale of our home. I would refer Carmen and Century 21 Allstars 100 times over. Smooth transactions even when there were little bumps on the road. Carmen made us felt at ease throughout the process. Hands down the best experience and would be hard for anyone to top Carmen's customer service. I even don't like saying customer service because she made us feel like family. Scale 1 to 10, 100.
