I was introduced to Carmen and her team through a friend and she came very highly recommended. I had some previous issues with another realtor prior so originally had very low hopes. But after meeting Carmen and team she said we will be different, and they were. Carmen lived up to that standard from day one to day closing of escrow. And is still here for me after. Carmen and team did an amazing job in the helping of purchasing my first home. Carmen was always available every minute of the day for me for anything I needed and keeping everything stress free. I will for sure be paying it forward with passing on my recommendations about them to others.

Carmen waited for a long time until I was sure I was ready to buy a home. She checked in with me regularly, always encouraging me, never pressuring me and sending me useful information to support my decision. She let her reviews speak for themselves and she has so many people that continue to repeatedly work with her. Her and Enrique did not let our lives get in the way, providing reminders and updates so that we could remember to take care of home buying matters while also trying to balance our busy schedules. She is amazing!

Overall exceptional professional experience. Accurate value assessment, marketing, vetted all offers, frequent status updates, inspections/due diligence, availablility, and closed a stress free escrow in a timely manner. Covered every aspect of the transaction from city pre-sale ordinance/permits to even dealing with tenant issues/estoppels. Very knowledgeable team that encompassed the transaction from beginning to end. Highly recommend their services and will use in future dealings.

Carmen and Enrique make a great team - they presented their sale plan very professionally and we immediately knew the sale of our home was in the right hands. They made sure to stay in contact with us throughout the process and provided every update in a timely manner.
