Buyer reviewI worked with both Carol and her daughter Lauren who worked with us every step of the way. She accommodated to our work schedule to meet us for house showings. Lauren is actually the person who found the townhouse that we ended up buying ! So kudos to both Carol and Lauren for being so intelligent , accommodating, helpful, flexible , communicative and transparent. They both told us even what flooring might work for our needs in the new place. I will definitely recommend these two to any person seeking a new home! Lauren was able to negotiate the price lower due to plumbing problems in the new house. We otherwise might have just accepted the offer the seller's gave us, but Carol and Lauren pushed for a little more to cover the potential cost of the repair. She was always timely, eager to assist us, and help us find a new home . When we felt discouraged, she was very helpful in getting us back on the horse and refocus. We needed to find a house by February, and she knew how to work within our timeline. Both these women go above and beyond the job description. Their friendly and knowledgeable disposition should be enough to have them find your new home . Thank you both for this beautiful house !!!!!!!!
