Seller reviewThis is our second time using Century 21, specifically Carol Mundell. Carol's performance was outstanding. She went above and beyond with what we asked of her. The preparation, showing, negotiations and closing couldn't have been smoother. When issues presented themselves, Carol stepped in and took charge to ensure our best interests were taken care of. Carol's Teammate, Lauren, was just as friendly, helpful and knowledgeable as she was. Anytime Carol was not available, Lauren was, and it made the process relaxing and stress free. This Team is a match made in Realtor Heaven and couldn't have been better. We only wish we could use them with our new search and purchase, however, Carol did provided us with an Agent in the area we have moved to. Sure hope they are up for the challenge, because the have large shoes to fill after dealing with Team Mundell.

She is prompt in her communication and cheerful. In the times of pandemic, we relied on her more so to do in dealing digitally since we are living near Chicago, IL. She is indeed an awesome realtor. My daughter Amy was living in the Condo before sale. She had completed her residency at UCSD and was moving to Boston for fellowship. Carol Mundell was very sensitive to her time and made sure that Amy was safe during the process. Carol cares about her clients and was easy to trust her. The open house started only after my daughter left for Boston.
