Carol is wonderful! Being a first time home buyer, I was definitely over my head in the process. But she made sure to take time to explain each part of the process and made clear everything that I needed to do along the way; and she made sure to take care of the rest! She was very timely in her responses and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was on the same page. She worked diligently to find a solution to every bump along the way! Carol was amazing, she was informative attentive and engaged with the sale all the way, this was my first home and she made everything so easy and was just all around great to work with. My family was blessed to have someone care for us as much as she did. She wanted to make sure I got the right house for me and my wife and son. Carol was working with us for previous purchase with Clayton Homes that did not work out. We found a house ironically in the same neighborhood and called Carol and she was able to get us an appointment the following day to look at our house. Carol had to communicate with the seller as well since she was selling on her own. Our lender did not like to communicate and Carol stayed on top of it as they waited till last minute to make changes. Carol went above and beyond what any other realtor would do. Carol has been the best realtor to work with. I am sure she is glad this property has finally closed. Carol was always on top of things and any questions we had she would answer even if was outside of office hours and we would tell her not to reply until office hours. I will recommend Carol to anyone looking to sell or buy. I honestly do not think another realtor would have handled all the issues that came about with the seller or our lender. We couldn't THANK Carol enough When Carol was out sick we were willing to reschedule our home inspection but she sent another agent in her place. I apologize for not remembering her name. She was very welcoming. She made me feel at ease and answered any questions we had. Its was like she already knew the property. Everything was great. No complaints and I hope to retire in this house and we hope to purchase the land beside of us and when we do we will be contacting Carol.
