A Native North Dakotan, Carol has called North Dakota home most of her life. After attending Concordia College, St Paul, MN, and Valparaiso University, Valparaiso, IN, she returned to the Dakotas where she taught Elementary School prior to obtaining her Real Estate License. Her entire Real Estate career has been with Century 21 Morrison in Bismarck, ND. A visit to the office she shares with her teammate, Dave Riedy, will give you a glimpse of the Awards they have earned over the past 20+ years. Buyer reviewCarol was great, we told her what we were looking for and she went out and checked out Condos she thought we would be interested in. She rated them as she thought we would like, our daughter and her checked out the main one and that's the one we ended up with. Carol sold our condo a few years back and did a good job also. If we know anyone looking we would highly recommend Carol Peterson for their agent.
