A Native North Dakotan, Carol has called North Dakota home most of her life. After attending Concordia College, St Paul, MN, and Valparaiso University, Valparaiso, IN, she returned to the Dakotas where she taught Elementary School prior to obtaining her Real Estate License. Her entire Real Estate career has been with Century 21 Morrison in Bismarck, ND. A visit to the office she shares with her teammate, Dave Riedy, will give you a glimpse of the Awards they have earned over the past 20+ years. Buyer reviewCarol far exceeded the knowledge and capabilities that you need in a realtor. I would recommend her to anyone. If we decide to sell this house or buy another house in the future, Carol will be our first call that we make. I would trust her with any step in the home purchasing process. To say the closing on our property was easy would be a lie, but Carol was up for the task. She was able to negotiate on our behalf an early move in agreement, since the closing didn't happen when it was suppose to because of the sellers. She keep us updated every week to make sure things were progressing smoothly. Being it is that we were out of state and needed to be in North Dakota in short time frame, it was extremely beneficial to have Carol on our home buying team to make sure things happened in a timely manner. Additionally, we were first time home buyers, so it was helpful to have Carol's knowledge to explain the many details of home buying. Overall, Carol was great. I look forward to working with her again.
