Caroline was referred to us by a trusted business associate. Based on his recommendation of how Caroline handled his daughter's particular purchase made us sure Caroline was the right realtor for us. When she contacted us and we spoke, she was the perfect fit for my husband and I. Caroline was extremely understanding of our particular situation in that we were more interested in northern Wisconsin and since she was very familiar with the area we were interested in made her the perfect fit for us and our particular needs. My husband and I feel so blessed that Caroline was our agent for our deal. When it comes to honesty and integrity, she is top-notch. She knew first hand how we had been burnt by a previous realtor and how it cost it everything - literally everything. Caroline was so compassionate and made sure she was someone we could trust thoroughly. She was organized and ensured all deadlines were met on time or ahead of schedule. She listened to our needs and was so willing to work with us. She also understood that as veterans we had specific wants/needs and she was able to meet those expectations and beyond. Caroline Lasecki is such a wonderful human being that we almost didn't want to find the right house, just so that we could continue working with her. She's so talented, though, that it was only a matter of time before she found us the perfect one. The process should have been difficult, given that we had never bought a house before, were unfamiliar with the area, and were (are) living through a global pandemic. Caroline was not deterred, and she kept us feeling motivated and optimistic from start to finish. She took the time to get to know us and truly understand what we were looking for so that she could give us honest and informed advice when we needed it. That being said, she never pushed us to do anything with which we were uncomfortable. Since she knows the area and the industry so well, we quickly came to trust her completely. If we hadn't worked with Caroline, I am sure we would not have made the right decision. When we needed support, she was a friend. When we needed help, she was a fighter. I wouldn't want anyone to go through this process without her.

It was actually just very good fortune that we landed with Caroline Lasecki as our realtor. She reached out to us after a Zillow query and we didn't let go. Caroline is an outstanding real estate agent. Professional, knowledgeable and personable, she was as fully engaged as if we were her only clients (and we certainly were not). Her communication throughout the process could not have been better, particularly since the majority of the transaction spanned the Wuhan virus crisis. Caroline made herself available at all hours, 7 days a week. Through phone, text and email she stayed in constant contact, always making sure we knew what was going on and what was next. The electronic document signing process (we lived over 2 hours away) was seamless throughout, and we never had to hover over the inbox to know when something was coming to sign – she always let us know before it hit. She also very expertly managed a recalcitrant tenant who attempted to make access to the property difficult. Caroline also had excellent recommendations for home and well and water inspections – as well as several very excellent places to get a bite to eat when we were there. She also made sure to join us for the inspections, just to make sure nothing was missed. From showings to offer to inspections to closing, we could not be more pleased with our agent's performance throughout this process, and I could not more enthusiastically recommend Caroline Lasecki as a real estate agent. My only regret is that we cannot retain her to sell our current (out of state) home, but we will be keeping a stack of her business cards at our new home for anyone who is thinking about buying or selling in that area. We could not have asked for anything more in a realtor. As first time home buyers, it was important to us that we felt comfortable asking questions and we also valued having support throughout the entire process. Despite the inevitable obstacles we encountered throughout the buying process, Caroline could not have made it go any smoother. She made us feel very comfortable and at ease even with stressful situations.
