Within five minutes of us clicking on a house Caroline called us, created a website for us, and was there for us when we decided to embark on our in-person search. Caroline contacted me requesting a showing with her client. I said we were not interested in paying a realtor commission yet. She offered me a one-time buy contract if this client wanted to buy the home. Since the house was on the market less than 1 month, we declined her offer. Caroline was so gracious. She did not pressure us. She thanked us and that was it. Several weeks later, Caroline called with another interested buyer. We made a commissions deal that we were happy with and invited her to show the home. Her client then bought the home at our asking price!!! Caroline certainly gave us our money's worth in paying her commission for the sale of our home. She was always available to me by way of text, email, and phone. She has excellent customer service and people skills. I lost my mind a couple times during this sale and she was calm and rationale and talked me off the ledge with great empathy and great ideas to resolve the situation so that both the buyer and my husband and myself were happy. She was very knowledgeable in all aspects of closing, starting with scheduling the home inspection all the way through closing day. Caroline Lasecki gets the highest scores for all the above characteristics. She is a wonderful person. She always had a smile for us and a wonderful sense of humor. She was genuinely interested in listening to our needs and our feelings/stories about our home. She was so lovely to me when I expressed several times how hard it was for me to leave our home. We haven't really dealt with any other staff from the office. Caroline Lasecki is excellent at her job. She is the only realtor I will contact in the future when I need assistance is selling or buying.
