She established price, aggregated multiple buyers, assisted with the buyer selection and closed the transaction on time. Excellent, Caroline was fantastic to work with.

Buyer reviewThere were so many properties that looked good in the pictures and then looked horrible in person and Caroline helped us navigate through the disappointments and continued to be there for us until we found the perfect house after 8 months of looking at well over 50-75 properties. There are no words to accurately express how grateful we are. Never once was any property a waste of our time due to her positive attitude and constant support.

In dealing with other agents (of the potential buyers of our home) I totally have more respect for Caroline and how she works. House had many contracts within the first week, Caroline's strategy was excellent considering some of the offers had issues and were not able to follow through, so Caroline always had a back up plan in place. Nothing was too difficult or time consuming for her and at all hours. Her personality and professionalism is a huge A+
