There were so many properties that looked good in the pictures and then looked horrible in person and Caroline helped us navigate through the disappointments and continued to be there for us until we found the perfect house after 8 months of looking at well over 50-75 properties. There are no words to accurately express how grateful we are. Never once was any property a waste of our time due to her positive attitude and constant support.

In dealing with other agents (of the potential buyers of our home) I totally have more respect for Caroline and how she works.
House had many contracts within the first week, Caroline's strategy was excellent considering some of the offers had issues and were not able to follow through, so Caroline always had a back up plan in place. Nothing was too difficult or time consuming for her and at all hours. Her personality and professionalism is a huge A+

Caroline Lobevero is a godsend! Caroline was referred to us by a family friend and I'm so glad we decided to contact her. We'd never been through the home buying experience before and were definitely scared, but Caroline was kind and understanding throughout the entire journey and as first time home buyers, she didn't annoyed with our ignorance to the process. She made a point of letting us know that she was committed to being with us from beginning to end and always promptly responded as well as anticipated our needs. I wouldn't work with anyone other than Caroline to buy or sell properties. She helped us buy our first home. Five years later, she helped us sell it and then helped us find our next perfect home. We are so happy that we have had the opportunity to work with her on these important life decisions. She is very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. We never felt pressured to buy any home despite having seen what felt like a hundred homes in 2017. Caroline Lobevero was excellent in all aspects of selling our house. She was available anytime to answer any questions we had about selling the property. She had numerous open houses and offered suggestions to help the property sell. She was good at negotiating with potential buyers but not too pushy. She was on top of meeting deadlines and filing addendums to extend deadlines due to hurricane. We also used Caroline in purchasing our new house as well, and was able to show us multiple houses in one day making sure to have necessary printouts with house information. She was able to provide comps on properties that we showed an interest to. She was excellent in negotiating a good deal when purchasing our new house. I would highly recommend Caroline as a realtor for my friends and family.

- Transparency + Ethics. Caroline conducted herself with the highest level of professionalism. She supported our desires as the sellers 100% even when they may have conflicted with her own. She was forthcoming and open with information. I really felt like I could trust her and I am so grateful to have that level of trust during this sale.
- Timely communication. We needed to talk to her so often that I really felt bad but she always made her self available and was happy to do so. We were landlords of this house so it was vacant and Caroline would even visit the property for us if needed.
- Experienced and Knowledgeable. Caroline offered so much value from her knowledge of the market and sales process. She had great advice through all of the steps in the process. We had a challenging sale with various delays and issues. Caroline helped us through every step and we had a great outcome at the end. We got a premium price for our house but even if we hadn't I would still be very happy with Caroline as our realtor.

I can be difficult at times and can be very demanding. I am not proud of that, but it takes a special type of person to be able to work with that and not argue with me.
