Seller reviewCaroline Lobevero was excellent in all aspects of selling our house. She was available anytime to answer any questions we had about selling the property. She had numerous open houses and offered suggestions to help the property sell. She was good at negotiating with potential buyers but not too pushy. She was on top of meeting deadlines and filing addendums to extend deadlines due to hurricane. We also used Caroline in purchasing our new house as well, and was able to show us multiple houses in one day making sure to have necessary printouts with house information. She was able to provide comps on properties that we showed an interest to. She was excellent in negotiating a good deal when purchasing our new house. I would highly recommend Caroline as a realtor for my friends and family.
