My husband and I had a very short window of three weeks to looks for a property while we were on leave in Texas. Carrie Nuckolls did an excellent job of suggesting suitable properties and then taking us to see a good number of them. She quickly realized what features we were looking for and amazingly within that three week period we managed to find our dream property. After putting our bid in most of the activity was carried out via phone and internet as we had to return home overseas. Carrie kept us abreast of everything and explained all the processes to us clearly (very useful as this was our first real property purchase via agent). I really felt that Carrie wanted us to be happy and did her very best to see that we were able to successfully purchase our new home. I do not believe we could have done better and would recommend her services to anyone looking for a property in the Sulphur Springs area.

Carrie seemed to have genuine concerns that I got the property I desired. She went out of her way to show me the property on a Saturday before I left town for a week. Had it not been for her, I do not believe I would have gotten it would still now be in search of a house. It was easy to be open with her and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Carrie Nuckolls has been our "go to" Realtor for the last seven years. She has helped us secure many properties for our personal use, commercial properties, and investment properties. She has a wealth of knowledge in the industry and I trust her judgements and suggestions. I love how quickly she returns phone calls and texts too. We advise with her in advance of selling to get ideas of how to fix things up to sell quickly. One of our houses had a contract the first week ....wow! I recommend her to all my family and friends who are selling or buying.

Carrie is a phenomenal agent! She ALWAYS gets the job done professionally and efficiently. We Have used Carrie's services numerous times and will use her again should we ever need an agent in her coverage area again! Carrie has a wonderful attitude about her job. She provides over the top services for her clients. We have always felt very well informed, represented, and respected in any of the real estate deals (buying and selling) Carrie has helped us with. Her genuine dedication to her clients and to being an honest and true representation of what an agent should be is very apparent in all Carrie does. Carrie is very knowledgeable and respected within the real estate community of the area she serves and quite an asset to her city! Any other agent would have huge shoes to fill in providing such stellar service to their clients!
