Buyer reviewWhen friends and family start to tell me the problems their having with their realtors I always say, "Why didn't you use Carrie?!" This is my third time working with Carrie and every experience far exceeds my expectations and far exceeds what anyone else says their realtor is doing for them. She knows what she is doing and she makes sure she is doing it well. My testimony is simply that if it Carrie can't sell it, it can't be sold. This time around we had issue after issue arise and each time Carrie handled it professionally and promptly. If something needed to be handled at 8pm or over the weekend...Carrie handled it. When I was ready to throw in the towel and just "do whatever" she still negotiated in my best interest. Does your realtor have every kind of professional or contractor on speed dial ready to get things done for her? Does your realtor work tirelessly on your behalf while on a once-in-a-lifetime trip to France? No? Why didn't you call Carrie???
