CARRIE NUCKOLLS made the selling process easy and seamless. In our first conversation, she was thorough in her expectations of selling our property through visuals and stats specific to our neighborhood. She offered suggestions to spruce up the house to attract buyers, and then, she and her team did an outstanding job in promoting it. In one day, ONE DAY, there was a serious cash offer on the house. Carrie sent frequent updates through texts, calls and messages, so we knew she was negotiating a great deal; she had our best interests in mind. Carrie is personable, professional, passionate and extremely knowledgeable; we always felt comfortable and important around her. She was a delight to work with. In fact, CARRIE NUCKOLLS was invaluable.
