I found Carrie to be direct about what she knew and what she needed to know in more detail about our particular kind of sale. A refreshing contrast to brokers who pretend to know more than they do, or who seem not to care very much about knowing what they should know. She never gave me a feeling of pursuing her own agenda for the sale; she remained focused on our needs and wishes. I would recommend Carrie to anyone wanting to sell or buy in her territory. She spent a lot time answering our numerous questions during the entire negotiation and close process because she wanted us to be comfortable with our decisions and have all the information that we needed. She knew that our questions were important to us and so they were important to her as well. That was greatly appreciated. She also was knowledgeable about the local area and about other things that we asked her about such as home schooling options in the area, inspectors to work with, insurance agents and handymen to work with, etc. These were all important advantages to us in working with someone as qualified, experienced, professional and caring as Carrie is. We would highly recommend her to anyone in the area. We would work with her again in the future, should we be selling or buying again in her area or have family or friends who are.
