Carrie is very responsive and answered all our questions. She kept in constant contact and was very informative about the process of purchasing a home and what needed to be done. We live out of town currently and she was our local representative. She was trustworthy and honest which made us feel very secure in the process of buying a home from out of town. She acted as the "negotiator" between us and the seller with the purchase of some items from the home. She was patient and kind when i asked a million questions and was available even on holidays!
